Ramsey is certified as a Credit Expert and Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) Certified. He has been used in Federal court to write reports on the accuracy of credit reporting and the damages sustained by consumers who have been victims of the credit bureaus, banks, and debt collectors reporting inaccurate information as well as incorrect coding supplied to the credit bureaus.
